Alternative Leg Exercises

The article on the previous page is very helpful and concise and I would agree with certain body building exercises as a great way to build leg mass.
However there is one leg exercise that is rarely mentioned under leg workouts that I feel is definitely as beneficial as squats.
The reverse dead lift (hack lift) this exercise can be safely done with more weight than the squat, and though it is known as a lower back exercise the burn you feel on the whole leg after a few low numbered sets speaks for itself!
