Beginner Body Building Help Needed
Hi, I am a 23 year old beginner body builder and am mostly interested in sports like cricket. I am 5'11 and weigh 72kgs but from my appearance I look quite lean. It's for this reason that I'm thinking of joining a gym and looking for some good body building tips suitable for beginner body building.
Many of my friends say that I should use body builder supplements such as the many protein powders that are available and then start going to the gym. My main concern with body builder supplements is that there are many powders available and since I'm from Hyderabad, India the sellers don't have a clear idea about these types of products.
I don't want to waste my money on body builder supplements that are useless or dangerous. I would appreciate any help or advice someone could give me in this area as well.
As far as good body building routines or body building programs go, I am basically looking at building a little bit of muscle to help in my appearance and in sports as well. I'd be very grateful to anyone who could point me in the right direction with some good body building tips to get started. Thank you.
