Ball Squeeze Thigh Exercises
Easy to do thigh exercises using an exercise ball.
Lay on your back place ball between knees and squeeze. Also extend legs up place ball between legs around level of calf and ankle raise legs up and squeeze.
This does target that area well, however you are you need to work all muscle groups and do cardio to effectively burn and tone and there are always genetics.
I exercise and weight train at least 3-4 times a week and at 5'5" I weigh between 145lbs-150lbs. I have learned to exercise to be healthy and to stop focusing so much on the "weight number".
I feel great when I exercise and when I do not my body aches, I am tired and have no energy. You need no special equipment to work out...all those fancy things are a waste of space… 5,10lb weights, a ball and your own body weight is the best!

I change up my cardio every second day, but every day I do my ball exercises.
I do 3 sets of 10 reps. This includes; 3 different types of leg lifts; 2 kinds of sit ups; push ups and squats for my thigh exercises.
I had a baby 4 months ago and gained 75lbs during my pregnancy. So far I have lost 70 and going strong. I’m pushing for 20 more.
