Body Building Tips Needed For Getting Lean

I have no cuts in my body it's just not getting better or improving at all. Any body building tips to help would be greatly appreciated.

I want a lean body but not a very huge body. I want to be in proper shape and cuts in my body but I am not getting any results from my body building programs. I am a working professional and spend more than 9 hrs. in front of computer.

When I go to my gym at 8 pm (night) I spend more than 1.5 hrs. exercising but I'm losing my confidence. There is a personal trainer at my gym who tells me that I will not get big muscles unless I start using various body builder supplements.

I would rather not use body builder supplements. I would like suggestions for what type of body building diet I should use with my daily routine to get a good body.

One more thing i want to say is that my chest is not developing as I want. I want my chest to have a strong, hard and muscular look.
