Creatine Is Great!!!

So far I think creatine products are pretty good. Not just weight training, I use creatine during work, for mental concentration. I'm much more less tress and greater strength and concentration somehow.

The problem at first was that I get pretty bad indigestion when I would mix creatine with cold water or milk. Mixing with hot water then cool it down would makes a big different. I think this product could substitute coffees, multivitamins or even carbohydrate. Give it a try and you will see instant results.
