Creatine can give you great results in a very short time.

I started taking creatine last year and the cool thing about it was that it helped to increase my strength very quickly. I was also able to build up the muscle size in my pecs very quickly, in less than a month.

My abs also improved very quickly and my over-all weight lifting process improved. Better workouts lifting more weights by taking creatine.

I used to lift 125lbs but now I can lift up to 2 185lbs. I've found that creatine really works and I'd advise anyone to buy and try creatine - seriously.
