Larrys Bowflex Xtreme 2 Review

Bowflex Xtreme 2
I do a great deal of working out on my bowflex....it is very effective.
However, it is far inferior to free weights and is over-priced. The so called 210 lbs. of resistance feels more like 160 with free weights. The standard 210 lbs. can also be upgraded to 310 at your own cost, which I highly recommend.
Moreover, it is important to remember that in order to see the best result you must have the proper diet. Also, I suggest taking fitness supplements. I've found that n.o. explode works well if you stack with the proper dietary supplements such as stacker 2 or hydroxycut xtreme.
Well, that's pretty much it, have fun getting ripped fellas, the girls will love it, trust me on this ;).
Bowflex xtreme 2 is better than the power pro XTLU.
Even if you are looking for a used power pro you will pay out a lot of money. It is very expensive but not really worth even close to what you’ll pay for it.
I have the decked out model, soon after, I sold the squat setup, for $250 on ebay, it was useless and those exercises can be duplicated much better on the standard machine.
Also have the leg extension on this model, it is one of the worst - engineered setups I've ever seen. It's wobbly and could injure you, if you were using a lot of weight.
I made some changes to mine, to make it a lot sturdier, but I plan on upgrading to the bowflex extreme 2, this month.
Love the bowflex. After power-lifting for over 20 years, this machine is a beauty, all the exercises in one compact model, no waiting ! - like at the gym.
There is plenty of weight to build muscle, get leaner, etc.
Also starting the alkaline diet, next month. Should all work GREAT ! - Lose up to 3 lbs of fat - PER DAY ! - Until you hit your lean weight. Then your body normalizes. - Vegetarian/ healthy - The pH Miracle Diet.
