Marks Creatine Story
I started taking creatine about 8 days ago, and those 8 days have been amazing, creatine makes your body preform a lot better and me as a 16 year old body builder, that's essential.
during the first 5-7 days I took 10G of creatine and thought that was plenty, 20G is too much. So while taking it, I didn't notice ANY muscle gains until the 6-7 day and boy was I impressed!
My bicep looks and feels more solid then it EVER was. amazing what 1 hour a day can do.. so basically I spent 7 hours and got results!
