Matts Superset Tricep Routine

Incline Tricep Extensions: 4sets,8-10reps

Standing behind the head Tri. Ext.: 4 sets,8-10 reps

Tricep Kickbacks: 3 sets, 8 reps

Tricep Push Down(Rope): 4 sets, 8 reps
Reverse Grip one-arm tricep pushdown(single hand grip): 4 sets, 8 reps

Chair Dips: 3 sets, 3 secs. each set (max reps)

This workout will not only give you the size you are looking for but will give you the strength and muscular endurance you need. Give it a try you will love it. GO Lift!

For those that do not know. A Superset is two exercises back to back without rest. Though you can rest between supersets. But, no longer than 1 min. rest between sets.
