Rudy Lost 70lbs. In 2 Years No Diet
Hello everyone I was 255 pounds 2 years ago, I'm down to 190. All I did was stay away from sweets, eat plenty of chicken,fish, fruits and veggies.
(NOTE IF YOU ARE GOING TO SIT AND PLAY GAMES AND WATCH TV IT WON'T DO YOU ANY GOOD)
Stay more active no matter how tiring keep walking. After a while you will see that it gets much easier and actually fun. STOP DRINKING SO MUCH, if that's the case it was for me, but my biggest problem was eating, I love food.
So now I cook so I can watch what I eat better and it saves big time on my food bill. I am in better shape at 30 then I was in the army at 25. Thanks for reading and good luck
