Single Leg Explosion Plyometrics

For this plyometrics exercise put one foot up on a two foot plyometrics equipment box, the other on the ground next to it. Using the leg up on the box, flex down slightly and uncoil upwards so as your foot leaves the box.
Swing your arms upwards as you explode upwards. As you come back down, recoil and go immediately into another repetition. After you finish the set, gather yourself for 15-20 seconds and begin another set with the opposite leg.
Perform 20 repetitions per leg, three sets.
