Stair Climbing Exercises
I have been walking the stairs in my building for over a year now (13 stories, twice a day, three times a week). My legs are beautifully toned and my glutes are firm but I cannot seem to rid my butt of a thin layer of cellulite.
What can I do to rid myself of this embarrassing problem? Also, what are good arm toning exercises if I do not belong to a gym?
