Vitamin B12 and Multivitamins

I recently switched multi vitamins to something that contains a high dosage of b12 and was very surprised by the changes! I no longer need coffee in the morning, because B12 gives me a good energy boost.
I used to also get fatigue around the 2:00 hour at work. B12 helped me with that as well. If you take a multivitamin, make sure you get one with a lot of vitamin b12, and make sure its the right kind of b12. There is a difference in b12s.
Look on the internet for products containing a proper amount of b12 or add extra b12 to your current vitamins. This can be cheap if you look around.
