Will Multi Vitamins Improve My Posture?

I am 28 years old female, planning to get married in November of this year.
Everyone tells me that I look very lean. I have a straight body being my shoulders and thighs very thin. I go to gym 3-4 times a week. I do cardio 3 times and flexibility exercises for about 2 times. I feel active but its just the way I look.
Can I please know if I take multi vitamin tablets daily can I improve my shoulders and legs with being my stomach flat? I wanted to look a bit healthier but not too fat. Should recommended multi vitamins be accompanied by any diet or any kind of exercises?
